Hotel Jackson was the most hospitable experience I’ve ever had at a hotel! The staff was truly there for the highs and a very unexpected low on the trip. For the high - when booking the reservation for this trip, I mentioned that it was one of our birthdays. Upon arrival to our room on day 1, Hotel Jackson surprised us with a birthday champagne and thoughtful card. Then, on her actual birthday, we were surprised with a wine bottle and cake. We were truly touched by the thoughtfulness. For the low - one of the girls in our group had a serious injury while snowboarding at Jackson Hole Resort. After a long day at the ER, Hotel Jackson gave us a get well card and beautiful bouquet upon returning to the hotel. Again, we were touched by yet another thoughtful gesture. Additionally, the amenities were wonderful! From the shuttle to the ski resort, to the hot tub with beautiful mountain views, everyone in our group agreed that this was the best hotel all of us had ever experienced. I will be telling all of my family and friends to stay at Hotel Jackson whenever they visit the area!

The rooms are beautiful—modern, high-end, and perfectly appointed—but what truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff here provides a truly next-level experience. First time at this hotel and it was impressive. Beautiful design. Warm and cozy. Close to everything. Great restaurant. Exceptional staff! Top notch amenities. Currently adding more rooms, another restaurant (rooftop dining) and a wellness spa. I highly recommend this hotel. I would love to say this "family" business had values but unfortunately I cannot. After reaching out to cancel our planned 5-night stay just 24 hours past the cancellation policy due to my grandfather's entering end of life care, the hotel refused to offer any sort of refund. After multiple back and forth, the best offer was a 2 night credit, which would have necessitated spending additional money at a hotel that lacked compassion during one of the most difficult times for our family. The owner, Sadek was made aware of the situation and did not care. I have come to peace that my family will not receive a refund or even a 4-night credit as we were 24 hours past the 72 hour policy, but I hope this review saves another family from dealing with this unethical company. We recommend staying at the Four Seasons if you want to experience true customer service.

Our stay at Hotel Jackson was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed and completely taken care of. This team truly practices unreasonable hospitality and the level of service here is the best I’ve experienced anywhere. A special thank you to Ben, the General Manager, who was incredibly accommodating and made sure we were always comfortable and well looked after. Julia, the Guest Experience Manager, was equally great—so attentive, thoughtful, and helpful in guiding our entire experience and making everything feel effortless. Christine from the concierge team was also outstanding, she was exceptionally attentive, proactive, and genuinely thoughtful in helping us plan our days and ensuring every detail was handled seamlessly. The rooms themselves are fantastic: spacious, beautifully appointed, and each with a fireplace that makes the space feel incredibly cozy. Every evening, returning to the room felt like a treat. Thoughtful nightly touches like a Christmas ornament, fresh-baked cookies and brownies, and even hot chocolate with liquor added such a personal, joyful touch. Those small gestures truly make you smile and feel cared for. The rooftop hot tub was another highlight, offering great views of the town and a perfect way to unwind. And the restaurant absolutely exceeded expectations. I never imagined finding some of the most authentic Lebanese food I’ve had (anywhere) in Wyoming. The spreads were on point, the fresh pita was excellent, and the menu featured truly traditional dishes like stuffed grape leaves, foul, and other rare mezze you don’t often see done right. Everything tasted authentic, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared, with service that matched the quality of the food. Between the warmth of the staff, the attention to detail, the comfort of the rooms, and the incredible dining experience, Hotel Jackson sets a standard that’s hard to match. This is hospitality done right, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. We will absolutely be back.

Hotel Jackson was lovely! The central location in the town square is a super plus! We really enjoyed the tree lighting ceremony the day after Thanksgiving, so I suggest that for sure. We'll want to visit again in the spring and in full winter. The activities they have for winter seem awesome--but Thanksgiving is a bit in the middle of seasonal change. ALSO!!! Don't forget your bathing suits for the private roof top hot tub you can book!

The location is perfect — right in the heart of downtown Jackson, just a short walk from the famous Million Dollar Cowboy Bar and many other great spots. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, modern yet cozy, with a real touch of luxury. The restaurant offers outstanding, creative cuisine with a unique flair — definitely one of the best meals we had during our trip. Every single staff member was incredibly attentive and kind — from the front desk to valet parking and concierge service. A special thanks to the lovely concierge lady who went above and beyond to fulfill every request with genuine warmth and professionalism. The level of service easily matches, if not surpasses, many 5-star hotels in Germany. The hot tub on the 3rd floor was a wonderful highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Jackson. Our room was always spotless, thanks to the excellent housekeeping team. The large shower and high-quality amenities from a luxury brand added an extra touch of comfort and elegance. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and can highly recommend Hotel Jackson to anyone looking for top-tier hospitality, outstanding service, and a memorable experience in the heart of Jackson Hole.

What a find! Hotel Jackson is the perfect boutique hotel- amazing location, beyond friendly staff, beautiful rooms and hotel. The impeccable small details catering to hotel guests make one really notice how special this hotel is. I would never stay anywhere else and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this fantastic town.
