The Parkway Inn offers superior value in Jackson Hole with inviting suites, extensive pool amenities, and convenient access to town, though noise and irregular service can detract from the experience.
Honestly great. Clean rooms. Perfectly located. About 3 mins from the town square. Beds and pillows were comfy. Noise carries a bit but you can turn on the fan inside the heater unit and it drowns it out. I’ll definitely book here again.
Great location. Very affordable. Good service. It’s just a basic motel. Beds and rooms are uncomfortable, there’s noise - but it is right in town and priced right. Perfect spot for serious riders on a no frills ski trip.
Absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable! Bath linens of high quality. The Inn is conveniently located to the town square easily walkable. The hotel staff was very nice. We found this option the most affordable with very nice accommodations. When we come back to Jackson we will definitely stay here! Thank you for making our vacation accommodations an unforgettable one!
Stayed one night. Pros: Location is perfect with walk to shopping and the bus station is across street. Nice clean rooms and spacious. Supplies in room (I recommend also supplying ear plugs) with double closets. Mattress comfortable. Cons: NOISE Rooms are not created with any sound barrier in mind. We stayed in room 103 first floor. The 2nd floor neighbor surely brought back some of the local buffalo herd and the room joining wall came in around midnight after a very full night vomiting loudly for 30 minutes. It was so loud I felt he might have snuck into our bathroom. Parking can be an issue. Pillow are the hardest, densest, and thickest, I have ever encountered. No variation in pillows, so if you prefer softer and less dense bring your own. I had to sleep on my puffer winter jacket as pillow. I will not return but, it might work well for you, if you can take out hearing aids and sleep like a baby!
Stayed here twice, 5 years apart, but both times were perfect! The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a treat. The hostess at the check-in during Christmas Eve and Christmas was so friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping is great. The sauna was awesome as was the pool room. Phenomenal location as well. Walking distance from everything in town Square. It's the only place we will stay in Jackson.
There is a bit of a story and I dont usually give a review but I think this deserves it. I couldn't get this off my mind and others should known to be careful when booking here... check your email I guess March 2025 I landed at the hotel to my surprised that my hotel stay was canceled. They stated they called after booking was set but there was no message or call history. Their number did not show up in my call log history and it sounded like they called once which was stated by the front desk clerk. You would think that someone that booked a hotel would still like to stay there. it was as if there was no effort to get a hold of me. I would had called them back of course to say I still wanted the hotel room if I had received a message or call. After looking through my emails at the front desk there was one stating it was canceled about a week after the confirm email which i received at the time its was booked. Would you look back in your emails after receiving a confirmation? I had evidence of all of this and talked it over with the front desk. again not trying to fix it they stated they had 1 room left, a suite which was more expensive. I asked to talk to management at this time. I requested to have the same price as the room I was planning to have and management said no. I dont believe I am at fault for not checking my email to find a cancelation a week after my booking. My room was canceled in the first place for a credit card process that didn't go through. Guess what card I used for the last year and for the room ended up purchased at the hotel.... you guessed it the same card and it went through! the front desk even said they had problems with the card process in the past again showing not my fault again showing that it was their system at fault. All of this could had been resolved easily by management with equal cost to the mistake that was missed. own the mistake. Maybe i should not had stayed there but it was late and many of the other hotels didn't have the amenities they had for the price. They had a sauna, hot tub and pool as well as their location was central to town. I was there for a snowboard trip and wanted to have those amenities. Things I found out with my stay... the sauna is not co-ed, and at one point one of the 2 hot tubs didn't work. Our window heater temperature controls didn't work properly and woke up burning up with the temp set at 65 multiple nights. Negative: Management, surprise cancelation their fault, room temp did not correlate to actual temperature, no breakfast, divided sauna by sex, 1 of 2 hot tub didn't work. Positive: Clean room, location, and luggage locker
We picked this hotel for its location for our anniversary trip to Jackson and when we arrived it is definitely a cute, well cared for motel (not hotel). We dropped off our belongings and went out to dinner. We came back to our room and it sounded like the toilet was running, it smelled like someone just had a bowel movement, and there was a used hand towel on the sink. Mind you we had not used anything in the room at all. We brought up our concerns with the front desk who continuously told me, "there is no way that happened, no one can get into your room, no one has a key but you." Which is obviously not true as housekeeping does. Besides the point, she continued to argue and tell us there was nothing she could do about it until eventually she agreed to have a maintenance guy check it out. He spent all of 30 seconds in our room and said he was going to get us a new room. It took quite the fight and we got placed in a new room. All after he continuing to tell me "this cannot happen" and "we are sold out, nothing I can do" and refusing to refund so we could go elsewhere. Absolutely appalling customer service we will never return. Yes the location is great, the rooms are fairly clean, but you also cannot shower at same time as anyone else (otherwise you don't have any hot water). Decent motel but definitely would recommend staying elsewhere for your money.
The room was very pretty..... The shower temperature control was kinda messed up and the carpet all near the outside door was VERY STICKY. Made my bare feet black on the bottom. I was just very disappointed with the no smoking on the property rule. I figured the place with balconies would let you smoke on them. Guess not. Also the parking on the street side next to the doors is very often full and you don't get to park next to your room and have to park in back.
You can walk to everything from this hotel but it’s just outside the busiest parts so it’s quiet. AC works great. Rooms are fairly spacious. They also have pack n plays for babies. Across the street is an outdoor playground, pickleball courts and a basketball court. It’s also only a 7 minute walk to one of the few, if not the only, breakfast place open at 6am Cowboy Coffee Company. Please note there is no elevator so you need to be able to walk up stairs. It is only 2 floors. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
I don't write a bunch of reviews on Google, but I had to come on here to RAVE about The Parkway Inn. Two of us came out to Jackson Hole for a 4 day/4 night stay with the sole purpose of snowboarding JHRM for 3 days total. Everything about The Parkway Inn was great!! We arrived early, and our room was ready. We flew from Florida, so we wanted to shower and see the town ASAP. Our room was a 1 bedroom King Suite with living room, King Bedroom, Outdoor balcony, small kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. It even had a full sofa w lounge chair and Murphy bed in the living room. All of the staff were beyond gracious and nice. The property is very clean and has ample free parking. We loved the free Starbucks coffee served in the lobby every day. We ate dinner at The Local our first night there, then when right back to our room and changed into our swimsuits so we could soak in the hot tub. There's a full gym, two saunas, two very nice hot tubs and a heated pool right behind the main building. When I'm on a snowboarding trip, hot tubs are paramount for me!! Theirs delivered!! We were there for peak ski season and we had one of the two hot tubs to ourselves for 3 of the 4 nights. We met a really cool couple from Mississippi one of the nights and chatted with them for an hour or so. The bus system in Jackson is great. You really don't need to rent a car but we elected to, so we could see some additional sights. You can walk anywhere in town, and JHRM is an easy 15 minute drive from the hotel. The king bed was extremely comfortable and all towels, linens, etc were Sublime. We had our room turned twice while we were out and they did an excellent job. The water pressure in the shower is powerful which I love. The pool and hot tubs are open from 10am-10pm and there are plenty of extra towels there. There were two smart TV's with cable and all of the apps, so we watched Landman each night before bed. Anything we requested was brought right to us. I think our rate was $260/night. For the room we got, that's an absolute steal for a ski town. The bus stop is right across the street and will take you just about anywhere. Everything ski in/ski out in Teton Village was at least twice the price. I'd stay here again in a New York minute. Our room number was 201 and it was outstanding. Views for miles. Thank you to everyone at The Parkway Inn!! We will definitely be back sooner than later. You guys are truly awesome!!!
