The Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa consistently receives positive feedback, praised for its stunning location, luxurious amenities, and exceptionally friendly staff. Guests particularly highlight the welcoming atmosphere, helpful concierge services, and excellent dining options, creating a memorable and enchanting experience. However, a small percentage of reviews mention concerns regarding pricing and a potential issue with billing discrepancies.
We attended a work trip and both the staff, and the accommodations were great. My favorite part of my stay was meeting their black & white Bernedoodle Scout who works in the front desk. I also took home my very own “moose” and my doodle loved him as well! If you’re looking to spend a relaxing weekend, this is the perfect place to visit!
We had a fantastic visit at the Teton Mountain Lodge the week of Memorial Day. The front desk team were always welcoming and eager to accommodate any question or need we had. The cozy lobby had a beautiful fire place which we enjoyed one night after dinner. The concierge team helped us organize two fantastic tours and even made recommendations for dinner. We were able to upgrade our room when we arrived which gave us a little more space and allowed us to even enjoy the times we spent hanging out in the room! Dinner and breakfast at the Spur were both excellent as well! Thank you for an amazing week!
What an exceptional spa experience. The front desk at the spa made it, especially special accommodating every need when she didn’t even have to.( so sorry I can’t remember her name) Everything is beautiful and so luxury. They even let us bring balloon's and some party decorations. We celebrated our friend’s birthday it was an amazing day!!!
Didn't stay at the lodge but did use their spa facilities (massage) a couple of times. Justin was excellent. He asked appropriate questions to really focus in on problem areas and listened to my response. Great experience.
Nice hotel/condo short walk from the slopes. Service overall very good, on site restaurant had great breakfast and while we didn’t use, the pool and spa looked great. Only complaint would be the price…although I realize you’re paying for the location.
While my husband and I were on our honeymoon, we decided to be a little fancy and stay at Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa. The staff were all very kind and helpful, and the restaurant was delicious. They also had free, on-site laundry that was very helpful for us. The location was quiet, and only about 25 min from Jackson. However, I don't think the hotel was worth the cost. I'm not sure if it was because we had to get a pet friendly room, but I found the bed hard and uncomfortable. My husband had to go to the local Target to get me a pillow because the pillows we had in our room were so flat and unsupportive. I know the area is expensive to begin with, but we have stayed in much nicer accommodations for a more reasonable price.
We enjoyed two nights as we were visiting Grand Tetons National Park. The hotel itself is welcoming, warm, and gorgeous. They left a slice of birthday cake in the room for our arrival as we recently celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the pools-indoor and outdoor-as well as the hotel tubs. The free laundry was greatly appreciated as we had been at Yellowstone prior to our arrival. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We ordered room service one evening for a fun night in and it arrived quickly and was delicious. Would highly recommend staying here. I'm sure it's enchanting in the winter, we're not skiers, but it's a great place to call home if you're visiting the Tetons and don't want to "rough it".
It was an absolute dream staying here. They were extremely accommodating to multiple requests because we were (to my surprise) getting engaged during our trip. The views were stunning, specially from the rooftop hot tub and even from our room. So many amenities including multiple pools and hot tubs both inside and out, fireplace, spa, etc. Staff was always nice, specially Marco, and he even gave us a small tour when we checked in. Even the food at the restaurant was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay, the website and pictures don’t do it justice!
I stayed here Sunday through Friday during the second week of September, and it was great! The staff was very helpful, and answered any questions I had in a friendly manner. I even asked for any tips on where to eat or what to do in the area, and I was not disappointed! The room was also well kept, and everything worked as expected. The moose on the bed was a nice touch, and my girlfriend insisted on taking it home with us
Beautifully decorated upscale hotel with welcoming and pleasant staff. The lobby is particularly stunning. The rooms are well furnished and there is much attention to detail. Breakfast and drinks were well curated and delicious. Plenty of complimentary facilities like guest laundry and e-bike use. Easy drive to Moose entrance and a few more miles in to get to the Teton road. Perfect visit!
