I stayed here the weekend of my wedding and the staff and management are incredible. From the woman who helped with booking to the bellmen and hotel manager they make you feel like someone they’ve known forever and truly care about. I had an issue with my dress and they went out of their way to help me for my big day-helping to rotate and dry my dress every hour. Above and beyond! The room was perfect and whether it was running to make sure we had everything we needed to feel special or asking how the evening went when it was done with a giant welcoming hug. The whole experience was excellent on top of the room being super comfortable. My parents had the same experience and hugged the front desk staff when we left. It’s rare to find a hotel like this these days. Thank you!

Attending a conference held at the Four Seasons, I was lodged at the Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. My room was small, but very comfortable and very cozy and I loved the rustic motif. I also greatly enjoyed the on site restaurant, which has a wonderful choice of steaks and I took a swim in the indoor, heated pool every night after my conference activities. I also spent a lot of time on the roof, enjoying the breathtaking views of the Teton Mountains and the surrounding Teton Village.

Will definitely go back. The hotel is great, location good, but what really makes this place is the staff and service. Front desk always welcoming and room servicing was extraordinary, however it was the concierges (David & Anthony) who were truly brilliant. This started from weeks before our stay through to end, very professional and always helpful.

Fantastic hotel, our favorite when skiing Jackson Hole. Multiple outdoor hot tubs, a great spa, and a super accommodating and conscientious staff. Very close to the lifts and tram, and The Spur restaurant and bar on the ground floor is an apres ski go-to for both locals and visitors.

The hotel charged me for an extra night in December after we had paid our balance at check out. They claimed I had called to add an extra night but I never did. We protested via our credit card and it was reversed. Now they are sending in new charges with a March date. The stay was okay but this abuse of my credit card is unbelievable.

Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa was the perfect choice for our first trip to Jackson Hole! The accommodations were excellent, and our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly helpful, always friendly, and went above and beyond to make our experience special. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Teton Village and close to all the action. We highly recommend this lodge and would love to return!
