My fiancé & I celebrated our anniversary and my 30th birthday here. I contacted them just before our trip and asked for a little extra special accommodation in the room before arrival to make it an over the top experience and they DELIVERED above & beyond. Upon arriving to our room we had a nicely decorated birthday cake, a bottle of champagne and giant 3-0 balloons waiting for us. It was the most luxurious, stunning, mesmerizing experience to date. We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Yellowstone and are already looking forward to coming back. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Alec, who checked us in, was absolutely fantastic. He made us feel so welcome and gave us excellent local recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely helpful and kind right from the start of a stay. The property itself is beautiful, with gorgeous views and a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared — we really appreciated the attention to detail and how clean everything was. You can tell the staff takes great pride in the guest experience. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We also loved dining at Olivia’s and as visitors of NYC, we must say the food was outstanding. This was such a special stay for us, and all of the team’s hard work truly shows. We’re already planning our next trip back and can’t wait to return.

From the moment we arrived, if felt like the team was always thinking ahead and anticipating our needs. The rooms were luxurious and cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace that turned on with the push of a button. Our favorite parts of our stay were the complimentary breakfast every morning, the heated pool and sauna and the complimentary snacks and drinks that were stocked daily in our room. Of course we enjoyed the entire team that took care of us too! Everyone was so nice and you could tell they work together to make sure the guests are taken care of. An example of this was on our last day at breakfast, the server wished us a safe flight back home. We didn’t tell her it was our last day so ky guess is that they discuss those things to give that extra touch. Was the hotel pricey? Yes it was but we thought it was totally worth it. If you have the opportunity to stay here, I wouldn’t think twice about it!

Our stay at Yellowstone at Jackson Hole was truly unforgettable. We spent four beautiful days surrounded by nature that felt nothing short of majestic—towering mountains, sweeping landscapes, dreamy snow, and skies that seemed to stretch into forever. Every sunrise and sunset felt like a gift, and being able to experience this kind of untouched beauty was incredibly grounding and magical. The staff made the experience even more special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth, kindness, and care. Everyone we met went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They were attentive, helpful, and always carried a friendly smile, accommodating every request in a timely manner. As for comfort, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The accommodations were cozy, clean, and inviting, balancing rustic charm with modern comfort perfectly. Whether relaxing after a day of adventure or simply soaking in the peaceful atmosphere, it felt like the ideal place to unwind and reconnect with nature and ourselves. Warm people, breathtaking nature, and true comfort all in one place. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories, already dreaming of coming back.

Our stay at Hotel Jackson was truly unforgettable. It was our very first time to the area and from the moment we arrived, the views and service were exceptional. Linda, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure our trip was seamless, her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care set the tone for the entire stay and we are forever grateful. The rooms and views are stunning, you wake up every morning to the view of what can only be explained as a painting, they are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bathrooms have heated floors and of all things, amazing toilets. I had to look up what kind it was because I told my husband I wanted one for our house! Alec took the time to personally sit down with us and explain the highlights of both Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, giving us a thoughtful plan to make the most of our time. His local knowledge and passion were invaluable. In the mornings we were fortunate to be served by Alejandro in the dining room. His professionalism and kindness, paired with the restaurant’s incredible menu and breathtaking views, made breakfast an absolute highlight. Breakfast is included in your stay and the food was incredible, they will even pack your breakfast to go if you’re heading out on an excursion. Egg sandwich (ask for it on the homemade English muffin) and French toast were our favorite. Every part of our stay, from the staff to the accommodations exceeded expectations with all of the attention to detail and their genuine interest in getting to know us. It was one of the most breathtaking and peaceful places we’ve ever been. Hotel Yellowstone Jackson Hole combines luxury with authentic hospitality, and I cannot recommend it highly enough and we cannot wait to return!

Hotel Yellowstone is a hidden gem, tucked away in Jackson Hole, with breathtaking views of the Grand Tetons. Every morning we woke up with purple and pink skies reflecting over the Teton mountains from our bed. The space itself, is a modern zen sanctuary, perfect for any getaway. You can indulge on fine dining at the hotels restaurant, Olivia’s, with a stellar view of the mountain. Our vacation at HY was so lovely, we extended our stay 3 days. While the views are spectacular, from our cozy cabin, what really made our trip smooth- was the warm & thoughtful hospitality. Linda & Andre at the front desk were incredibly helpful, assisting us with our day-to-day itineraries, from smoothly extending our stay, to securing us a last minute photographer, recommending yoga studios to practice, and a dinner reservation at Jackson Hole’s best Japanese omakase experience. The valet, Reilly & Alek, are very accommodating and considerate to guests. Reilly was an excellent driver for our evening out in the downtown area! Alek went above and beyond in handling our dry cleaning & laundry from our hikes & hot yoga classes. If you are visiting Jackson Hole, WY, you have got to stay at Hotel Yellowstone; because the service is smooth and unmatched. Our suite was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered incredible comfort, complete with a private balcony where we could relax and soak in the mountain air. The amenities are second to none. The spa, sauna, and heated pool provided the perfect balance of relaxation and rejuvenation, while the fitness center and wellness options showed how much thought was put into creating a complete guest experience. Dining at Olivia’s was another highlight—fresh, locally sourced, and absolutely delicious. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their warmth and attention to detail made our stay feel personal and special. Wow!!! This newer resort is first class all around!!! I can see why they already won awards yet only open less than a year at the time of this review. From arrival to departure, they GOT you. The view was my selling point online. I want to emphasize that the staff, food, rooms, pool, and view was top notch! The chefs are amazing, plus willing to work with my food intolerances of milk and heavy whipping creams. The food was amazing, not a bad meal to be had! The staff was the BEST as anything you needed, they were happy to oblige. From staff, going into town to pick up 3 large oxygen boost cans for altitude sickness to our disastrous delays getting there with surprise champagne and charcuterie board in the room was just some of the first class experiences. They greet you by Mr or Mrs "insert your name here" like the Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons, etc yet they a small boutique hotel that gives a warm personal feeling more than those franchises. You're not bothered by housekeeping until your ready, even if that's 7pm at night. They go up and beyond the expected and will surprise you every step of the way. Highly recommend for Jackson Hole, Wyoming. This is the BEST of the BEST for this area! Thank you Hotel Yellowstone!!!

The hotel blends with luxury & comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with cozy touches that made it feel like a luxurious retreat, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
