Tammah Jackson Hole offers a unique glamping experience with stunning mountain views and a variety of amenities. Guests consistently praise the cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location near Teton Village and Jackson Hole. However, some reviews highlight concerns regarding noise levels and obstructed views.
The is definitely Glamping 2.0! The 180 degree views of the mountains in the premium view geo-domes is completely worth it. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We missed the s’mores at the fire pit and didn’t get to the sauna but plan to do so on our next trip. This is located minutes away from the best skiing in Wyoming.
I kind of hate giving this place such a great review because I want it to stay a secret that we can book when needed, but it's too good to keep to myself. The domes were lovely and well stocked, the staff was friendly and available, right down the road from Teton Village so skiing and spending time at the resort was super easy, the sauna was accessible and easy to book. Most of all the view was absolutely incredible. Will be back all times of year.
Our stay was amazing. The views, day and night, were absolutely breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the entire experience felt truly unique—like a home away from home. We loved the amenities offered; our favorites were the bonfire s’mores, stargazing with the provided telescope, and the sauna. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I would recommend this place to anyone—whether you’re planning a family trip, a getaway with friends, or a romantic escape, this is the perfect spot
this is an extraordinary hotel in an absolutely gorgeous and immaculate location. very large domes, nice modern bathroom and kitchen counter area. beautiful fire place and i stayed in the summer also have ac. you are 3 min from the slopes and 18 minutes to jackson (varies by traffic)
Our stay at Tammah Jackson Hole was absolutely perfect for our family of four, with plenty of room to spare! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the fireplace kept the space surprisingly warm and cozy. We loved waking up to the amazing views, and the on-site sauna was such a treat. You do need to reserve it about 30 minutes ahead so they can heat it up, but it was perfectly warm and relaxing once ready. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better, making everything easy and convenient. Highly recommend!
Don't get your hopes up. This is more like a 3.5 stars, but closer to 3, so that's what I went with. While I can appreciate what these are. I will say that the website pictures are pretty curated based on what you're going to see when you actually show up to this property. First of all, it's about 200 feet from the freeway, so you're not in some remote area, and you're only about a quarter mile away from Teton Village, which is kind of nice as you have this beautiful ski village with restaurants and shops nearby but as far as it being some remote camping situation, that's not exactly the case. And you're essentially on ranch land, as there are cows in a field next to you, and that's about the only wildlife you're going to encounter in this "camping site". The dome is extremely noisy as the camouflage in nuts they had to put over the top in order to appease some of the zoning and county issues that came up when they were built, is extremely noisy when the wind hits it. It sort of sounds like hail is hitting the dome. Well, this does not bother me personally; they do supply earplugs because they've had so many complaints about Noyes. I didn't find that to be the most annoying part. What's more annoying is that most of my view was of another dome, not the mountain, and there was construction equipment right next to where we walked in, so it felt like I was in somebody's weird farming backyard versus being on a cool camping site in the mountains. On a positive note, the rooms are insanely clean, the bedding and the towels are insanely clean, and the bed is actually very comfortable. The rooms that you see in the photos are pretty much exactly what you're going to walk into, so there is no glamorizing of that in any way, and for a camping dome, the bathroom was spotless, and the water pressure was outstanding. There was plenty of hot water to go around, so that on its own, for a camping site is pretty remarkable. However, for the price tag and this being marketed as glamping, there are a lot of details that need to be added, or otherwise you're getting ripped off at close to $600 a night. Especially considering there is nobody at the front desk half the time you're there, and they cut out at seven, and you're pretty much on your own after that point if you have questions, concerns, or key issues, you're essentially just SOL. Sorry kids… But for anything over $300, there's gonna have to be certain perks that are included, or otherwise you may as well give me a tent in the woods because water pressure doesn't make up for the second $300 added on. Part of the fee is a $100 cleaning fee, which essentially operates like an Airbnb. In my humble opinion, while the room was intensely clean, if you're not finding a way to wrap that into the $450 charge, then there's something wrong.
We loved our stay at Tammah! We stayed in dome 8 for 2 nights and it was perfect! The geodome was extremely spacious and clean. The Tammah team was kind enough to leave us an anniversary gift upon arrival and accommodate an early check in. We left extremely early one day to explore and we were able to grab yogurt, fruit, bagels and granola bars from the welcome center. We loved using the telescope on a clear night and listening to wildlife from our porch. We will absolutely be back to stay again!
Very cool experience to sleep in a geodome. Super spacious, even with 3 adults. Well stocked with coffee and tea. Did wish there was 3 chairs on deck for morning and evening porch tines. King bed was super comfy and the sheets and comforter were soft and kept us warm and cozy. Fireplace was great even in August as the evenings got cool, it was a perfect way to enjoy the morning looking outside while sitting on the couch enjoying the scenery. Location was close enough to town and also far enough away. They had lots of "extras" like snacks, bear spray, hiking poles, stargazing mats all for free to use. Wish we had more time to enjoy it all.
We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Amenities were great, low key/relaxed. Just grab and go "continental breakfast" in the lobby. They also had bear spray, trekking poles, binoculars, etc, that you can borrow. Domes have a keurig inside for coffee. Views superb. Very close to the park entrance. Our only issue was our wifi in our dome didn't work well. We were able to catch the lobby wifi but it was spotty. We even saw a moose before we left right outside!
We loved our time at Tammah. We stayed two nights, and the domes were such a unique experience. They have good A/C and heat. The bathroom was super nice, the bed was very comfy, the floors were nice, and the decor was cute. We technically had a “blocked” view from the dome windows, but we loved it. We still had an INCREDIBLE view from the patio outside and from the couch inside. Best part was that our dome was more tucked back and private. Everyone that worked there was also super friendly. The WiFi didn’t work, but we still had service so that wasn’t a big deal. They do s’mores each night and it’s a good chance to meet others staying there. They have coffee and basic breakfast each morning, and we even borrowed the bike cruisers to explore a bit. It’s VERY well located to Teton National Park and Teton Village. Wilson also has some cute places to eat, and it’s a 15 minute drive into Jackson. Highly recommend - we loved it!!
