Booked online for a 1 night stay, Two Queen Room with Two Twin Bunks. When we arrived, we were told the room was not available (they double booked) so they gave us 2 rooms with 2 queen beds which was fine. The facility was hip and had all the basic necessities for just passing through town. Location was a major plus as a lot of things are walking distance. They gave us some coupons to use but it was already too late to redeem any of them. My only true con was the bathrooms - vent was extremely loud in our room as well as the toilet when flushing.

The Mountain Modern is the most comfortable stay! Lots of amenities and right in the heart of town, with a mountain backdrop. The rooms are very clean and spacious-we did a one bedroom and it was huge! It has a kitchen and two bathrooms. The fireplaces are always going and the staff is warm and friendly. The management is truly incredible. Our service dog passed away right before we came, and they were so compassionate and thoughtful. It warmed our hearts that they thought to bring us a condolence basket full of goodies, to commemorate our dog. We come a couple times a year, and definitely will be choosing the Mountain Modern.

Ok, so we were displaced in travel and Delta set us up. I have visited Jackson many times and since this hotel came about a few years ago I have been interested, but have always stuck with my usual picks. Needless to say, I was excited to try it, but INSTANTLY disappointed. Not only was the front desk staff rude, not accommodating to multiple travelers checking in that were displaced, also did not know the accommodations their hotel had to offer. So the triple M, stops serving food at 8pm, not 9pm that’s only for booze, then breakfast is delayed and then lunch isn’t served until 1pm. We paid for a late check out, kind of fair but when you have contract with an airline, you should kind of except this thing. Anyway, we paid for the 3pm check out, went to lunch at 1230, came back 2pm, they had turned our hotel cards off already. Additionally, they know this hotel is loud so they literally give you ear plugs to sleep in due to noise. Seriously, you can get better accommodations at Antler Inn, or spend the etc $100 a night and go somewhere better. Glad it was paid for by Delta and not me or I would have checked out and slept in my car for the same amount luxury.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel/motel. The rooms thought of everything. So much storage, nice shampoo/body wash/lotions and loved the sink. So many extra little touches like the ear plugs… The pool/hot tub was fun… lounge was relaxing with great games, cocktails and a good food menu. We regularly come to Jackson and we will be back here.

We loved this place?? ! Stayed here for couple nights, deluxe king room is very spacious with plenty of closets to put your personal things, as well as separate space for your snow gear. Loved the design and how nice and modern everything is . The outside hot tub and pool have wonderful temperature and it’s an amazing treat after all day activities . Locker rooms are spotlessly clean and stocked up with all the essentials. Needless to say how close it is from the Main Street . They also have the cutest bar downstairs with delicious hot chocolate!??

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this establishment. Rooms were tidy and clean upon entry. Very spacious with comfortable beds. Shower pressure is wonderful and temperature can get really hot! Staff were very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have. Great views all the way around the property. Hot tub was a nice touch after a long days travel. Triple M cafe on the property offered various meals, coffee, and bar! Loved that there is a laundry room on premises! Very close proximity to the town where several shops and dining options are available.

This hotel was great! The room was large and plenty of space for storage (great for winter gear). Stayed next to the bear and cafe, so was nice not to have neighbors on the side. Did have them above and that was a little noisy. Being the room, facing the road, the cars could be heard sometimes. The cafe/bar was a nice place to hang out and play games. The location was perfect and easily walkable to the town square

Very nice place with lots of options. there are apartments or rooms. A nice indoor and an outdoor pool. Very modern and well built with great service. About a 20 minute drive from jackson hole ski resort and also a 5 minute drive from a smaller local resort. Located in a nice little town with many food options and stores. Definitely a good hotel to go to if you want to go skiing or if you want to go to Yellowstone.

Can’t say enough how good was our stay in this Triple M hotel. Great place with great rooms. We had a King Deluxe Room right above the restaurant and coffee bar. So it was very convenient in the morning to grab breakfast etc. rooms are indeed modern, everything is with style and design. Staff is friendly and helpful. They do have outside hot rob, heated pool and as well as inside hot tub and heated pool. So it’s to you liking. Thanks again! Would 100% recommend
