JHRL - Gros Ventre A10 - Cozy mountain condo Property Address: 7180 Rachel Way, Unit A-10 Shortly after arriving, we discovered a dead rat in the bathroom. The odor was overwhelming and persistent. We had to keep the bathroom door shut with a towel stuffed underneath it just to make the smell tolerable, yet the entire condo still reeked of a dead animal every time you walked in. It was unsanitary, disturbing, and completely unacceptable. Maintenance workers were in and out of the unit from Friday through Tuesday attempting to address the issue. The constant disruptions made it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. Even after several days of efforts, the smell lingered for most of our stay. They left boxes out in the bathroom -see pictures. To make matters worse, the fireplace — one of the features that influenced our decision to book this unit — was not functional, and this was not disclosed in the rental listing. For a winter stay in Jackson Hole, this was a major disappointment. See pictures of the sign on the fireplace that is not disclosed in the ad. On our departure day, housekeeping began knocking on the door at 8:30am trying to enter the unit to clean, despite the clearly stated 10:00am checkout time. After an already difficult week, this added unnecessary stress and felt completely unprofessional. The only positive aspect is the convenient location near Teton Village. Unfortunately, the sanitation issues, lingering odor, lack of transparency about the fireplace, and repeated disruptions completely overshadowed any benefit of the location. We would absolutely not stay here again and cannot recommend this property. Jackson Hole Resort Lodging was not helpful in handling the dead rat issue. I feel they used a "delay tactic" to prevent us from leaving a VRBO review by saying the office manager was out of town then another time they said they were reaching out to the owner when we requested a credit for the awful smell. Imagine needing to have the windows all open in the condo with temps in the 20's and snowing due to the dead rodent smell. The smell even made the towels in the condo smell. It was awful. Not the week long vacation we hoped for in Jackson Hole.

3650 morley drive teton village Absolute disaster. There’s mounds of snow on the deck and around the hot tub. We had someone slip outside trying to get into the hot tub. The heat does not work in a bedroom the temperature was 59 degree. The owner left his car in the garage so we can’t use the garage. The response from rhe staff was minimal and says the owner did not want to address the issue. Look at the photos

We had a great time at Gravity Haus thanks to the amazing Gigi and the rest of the wonderful staff! Our favorite was the pool and spa area - perfect for after a long day of skiing.

Very close to Moose ski lift. Shuttle stops steps from condo. Very convenient to take to Teton Village. Two heated hot tubs were one bldg away, also a heated pool. Free to condo renters. Mainly kids were in the pool. Hot tubs got crowded very quickly after skiing. Loved having a ski locker just outside our unit. We requested the lower level. Noisy when early skiers went down the stairs as our bedrooms faced the stairs. Free underground parking available across from our bldg. Firewood is free-in same area of parking, which we used. A couple of liquid fire starters were left for us. Decor looked tired-not updated. Appliances older but working. Sofa very uncomfortable, not sure how it is for sleeping. Bathrooms nice-one BR definitely needs a new shower head-tiny. A handheld one would be great! Lots of books to read, could use a few more games-thrift stores have great finds. We found a Scrabble game for $4 and left it there. Needed a burnt out light bulb changed when we arrived. Called and they came quickly. Electricity went out for over 5 hours in the area one day, but we were gone almost the entire time it was off. Took a long time to heat up when we came back. Fireplace was perfect! Small grocery store in village. Definitely do shopping in Jackson! Luckily we rented a car. Buses do go there at a cost, but by car it took 20 minutes each way. Plus you would need to take the shuttle to the village from your condo then wait for the bus to town (not free). And then do the return! Timing for everything would be a challenge. Restaurants in general are expensive. We cooked quite a few meals in. A few spices were on hand. Minimal storage containers, no plastic wrap, foil, baggies, etc. We left a box of sandwich bags for future guests. A grater and cookie sheet would be nice additions. Otherwise, well stocked. Loved being to choose from so pillows!! Beds fairly comfortable. Could use new blinds. Note pad and free Jackson Hole sticker were a nice surprise. On day of checkout and last minute walkthrough we found one toilet was overflowing. It had been gurgling. Plunger not working. Dishwasher had been started per condo checkout list. Called number listed and spoke with a person who was sending someone over right away but was told we could still leave. We think a pipe was frozen. Very good service/answering response. We had a great pkg deal which gave us each $500 towards our flight, plus a discount on the total package. I would rather have a laminated book to flip through quickly to see things than trying to hunt done everything online scrolling back and forth. Check out time and what needs to be done, map of Teton Village, ski runs, where firewood and hot tubs are located-hours of operation. These things don’t change, so they could easily be put in a binder. Frequent telethon phone numbers as well.

What a great place to spend Thanksgiving, Jackson Hole Resort Lodging was first class, our condo had everything we needed and so convenient to the village, never used our vehicle, only the shuttle bus. The condo was quiet and extremely comfortable, NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER!! The mountain was great also and staff super friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to go back!

Aspens Dogwood 2721 was the condo we rented. Overall the place was recently renovated and was nicely done. The kitchen was setup with everything you needed. The electric grill on the balcony worked perfectly. The laundry units were an added plus. As well as the extra fans and blankets. The place slept 4 people comfortably and each couple had their own space. The downstairs bedroom was converted from 2 twins to a king. The bed it self was not very comfortable. The office was very helpful and very responsive when we had questions. Added bonus was we saw moose right outside the condo door a couple of days. Also it was conveniently located.to Jackson Hole and 15 mins to downtown. We would definitely rent this property again.

A party of 9 stayed at Granite 6, for a family wedding in the park. When we arrived to a small problem, we were met with the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced. Peter and Michael came within minutes and worked to correct the issue. Peter went above and beyond to find the most comfortable solution for us and things worked out better than we could have hoped. The house was gorgeous, spacious, well equipped, and the yard was full of wildlife! We woke up the first morning to a view of hot air balloons! It was truly magical. The area was close to stores and restaurants, but was also very quiet and had a private feel. Our only complaint was that we could not stay longer. This was truly a 5 star experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Rendezvous! It's walkable to restaurants, shops and the most fantastic views. There was no AC, but the fans helped with open windows in the cool evening air. The house was spotless and had everything we needed!
