over 2 years agoGetting dated needs a refresh. Hated that we had to clean up everything including take all the trash out, do the dishes, etc... Isn't that what maid service is for? You pay enough for these condos. You would think they would take care of it. If you don't, they charge you a cleaning fee.

almost 3 years agoNice hotel and condo option on the edge of downtown Jackson. Walking distance to downtown for shops and dining options. Right at the base of the ski mountain.

over 4 years agoVery clean. Helpful and friendly staff. There was a long and confusing walk in the snow to find our room, but when we did eventually find it, it was beautiful. Our room key didn't work, so we had to have it replaced. It still messed up after that, so that was the biggest downside, but we enjoyed our stay. Would return for the view and activities!

about 8 years agoGreat hotel. Is directly on an old, small ski slope that is awesome. Great hotel for the family. Restaurant on site is good and well priced. The picture is a view of the ski run from our room
