My friend and I stayed at 4420 Berry Dr., Chokeberry Unit 3811 in Wilson WY from May 18 - May 22. We loved it! We couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay. The location is convenient To Jackson, Moose, Grand Tetons and Victor Idaho. We even had a deer and moose visit our back yard! Chris B from the Apex management team was great with any questions we had!

The condo 0n E. 152 Gill Avenue Unit #3 was in an excellent location and very nice. The concern and problem was that the air conditioning was not working upon arrival and we were not informed. They put one portable unit in the master bedroom, but did not route the exhaust outside, so it was actually heating up the bedroom. When we figure this out they sent a maintenance person to fix this and placed another portable into bedroom #2 -- upon our request. So the bedrooms ended up being cooler (if you did not mind the noise of it turning off and on throughout the night). This did not assist the loft area for sleeping (76+ degrees) or the rest of the condo. By 4:00 am this area cooled down by the outside windows. So, people sleeping in the loft did NOT sleep until then. I thought the company would at least provide some type reimbursement, or incentive but did NOT even receive much of "we are sorry."

Rude and inconsiderate on the phone. Did not work with us to reschedule our July reservation without penalty (our trip was canceled due to COVID-19). Will never rent from them again.

Apex personnel were very informative and timely in answering any concerns or problems I had. I complain when necessary and praise when appropriate. I would not hesitate to book again with Apex and was totally satisfied and pleased with the service we received.

I'd provide a 0 star review if I could. This property management company cancels and overbooks your reservations. I booked a property they manage through Airbnb called Wind River #9 at Jacksonhole for a 10 person ski trip. They confirmed my reservation and took my money. Two months before the ski trip, when All of the other 10 person rental properties are essentially gone, they cancel my reservation. Now my friends may get their money back from Airbnb, but what about flights and reservations that we've purchased because of our plans? Now they won't respond to me, or compensate me for their mistake. I will never book with them ever again.
