The SpringHill Suites Jackson Hole offers a convenient location within walking distance of downtown Jackson and ski resorts, frequently praised for its friendly staff and comfortable rooms. While generally positive, guests have occasionally noted minor maintenance issues and parking fees.
Staff was great. Gym is nice. Pool is nice. Had a really bad night here due to loud hotel occupants. Not much the hotel can do about that, but nobody likes risking a bad night’s sleep.
Clean rooms and excellent service. Got a large room for me, the wife and our 4 kids. Was nice to stay in a newer room after spending a few nights in a cabin up in grand Teton Park. Only 2 to 3 blocks to the main town square
This is a wonderful hotel within walking distance to all of downtown Jackson’s amenities. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming. The staff are phenomenal. We stayed at a more expensive hotel down the street on our last visit and I can confirm that this hotel’s guest service experience is much better! Jonathan at the front answered questions we might have had without us even needing to ask! He was kind, courteous, and efficient! We are looking forward to the remainder of our stay. Thank you, Jonathan!
Location is great. About 3-4 blocks to the park in town along with many restaurants. Once you get a parking spot on the street near the hotel don’t move. Parking on street is free. Bryan, the day manager, was very helpful with a problem on room charges. Jonathan the evening shift front desk person was super friendly, remembered us from check in to check out. Always greeted us when we arrived back from a long day. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
We fell in love with Jackson Hole This hotel was perfection and made our vacation that much more special! And the customer service and attention to detail was everything and more. Xiomi & Brian along with the other front desk staff went above and beyond throughout our stay and even after with an issue we had. The property is great, the location to downtown Jackson and the closeness to Snow King Mountain are all a plus! Beautiful relaxing lobby. The rooms were clean, well decorated and spacious. Loved the view of Snow King Mountain we had. The daily breakfast was great and a hit with the kids. The shuttle service was also a great added bonus! Kids loved the pool/hot tub as well as the firepit area. Again we couldn't have asked for a better first time stay in Jackson Hole, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others. *If you require daily housekeeping make sure to request daily and stay on top of request as they have an every other day schedule
This location is completely ideal! It's walking distance from everything and the ski resort bus stops in front as well. The underground parking lot is an added nightly cost, but way worth the comfort it provides.
The hotel itself was fine, not $300 a night fine, but overall the rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The water pressure in the shower was low so I felt like I showered without getting wet. Probably four stars, but then I got hit with an infuriating junk fee. For a weekend stay that already cost me $600, they had the nerve to tack on a $22 a night junk fee to park. And that just put an awful taste in my mouth and ruined the experience.
Great place to stay when visiting Jackson. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean with a very nice layout. Everything is in walking distance. Climate controlled parking for $22 per night. 5 stars!
Super clean, quiet, and spacious rooms! Our family loved this hotel in the heart of Jackson Hole. Prime location with friendly staff, especially Brian. He’s the reason we will come back several times — a great employee!
So far so good, clean modern room with TV, microwave, refrigerator, k-cup coffee/thee maker, two clean queen beds, seating area with desk and couch. Comes with breakfast (will know more about that in the mornin. Very conveniently located to the town square, which took about 6min walking. Tons of restaurants nearby, including the Snake River Brewery which you HAVE to visit. Parking can be done underneath the hotel, but will cost $22/night which is kind of steep. Across the road from the hotel is a parking garage which costs $20/night. Street parking is free, however there are time limits to keep in mind. AC system is reasonably quiet, we switched it off since the room was plenty warm feom the neighboring rooms. I still need to add a few photos from the room itself to the review.
