Very unprofessional. Bad communication, regularly goes back on what they have said last minute with no option to cancel or be refunded.

Woodlands C4; When requesting to book at a published rate, management waited several days after our confirmation request to book us, then refused to honor the rate citing 'because rates change like airline tickets', turning a blind eye towards the fact our requested date occurred during the lower published rate. Check in there were food stains on kitchen ceiling, wron out carpet needed replacement not enough fans in tri level property, and the 3rd floor reeked like kids had wet the bed. Mangement never showed back to attend service calls they said they would. Not worth the money.

Mountain Property Management also runs the Hansen Meadows HOA in East Jackson. My boyfriend and I were treated horribly by Randall, a nosy, seemingly miserable man who seriously enjoys policing adults that are minding their own business. We have two therapy animals for my boyfriend who is a disabled veteran. We were made to feel so unbelievably unwelcome and uncomfortable living there because of our dogs, which Randall claimed to be viscous, unattended child chasers. Our dogs have never harmed anyone, let alone chased children. They have both received extensive training and they adore meeting new people. We've volunteered with them at hospitals to provide emotional support to patients in long term care... and we were treated as if they were monsters. What a joke, talk about dog breed discrimination. They are our family and they provide a service to a veteran. We didn't even make it three months living there without feeling so unwelcome that we left.

We had 7 adults stay comfortably at the house. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen for making big meals. Nice little fireplace that really warms the living room up. 7 min from the airport and 30 min to Teton Village/Jackson Hole. Great spot for a group.

Stayed at 371 Clark’s Knoll-Snow King Loop for ski trip in February. It was an excellent condo. Everything was clean and in great condition. High end appliances. High capacity washer and dryer. Good Internet service. Location convenient half mile walk to town and three minute walk to base of snow king mountain resort where are you can ski or get $3 Start town bus to Jackson hole resort. Also located on the edge of elk refuge. Property management responsive and friendly. House well supplied with paper goods, cleaning supplies, dishes. Would definitely stay here again in Jackson.

We rented 351 Clarks Knoll over July 4. A few comments about the house: 1. beds in the basement are very firm and very uncomfortable; 2. Bathroom doors squeal when opening/closing; 3. door to deck very difficult to lock/unlock; 4. green carpet needs to be replaced.
