Mu family and I just stayed at the Outpost in Jackson, WY. The darn weather didn't work out well for us but our lodging didn't disappoint! It was an awesome place. Huge amount of space for our family and it felt like we were staying in a luxury home! The host was amazing to deal with too. His communication and follow-up from booking and all the way through check-out was impeccable. I would highly recommend staying at the Outpost and look forward to coming back!!!! ?

The townhome was in a prime location. It was clean, well stocked, and cozy. They even provided firewood for the indoor fireplace. Any questions we had were quickly answered. Beautiful views of Snow King from deck.

This rental property was very well accommodating for our group of 10. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The home was spacious and very clean. The Outpost crew was in constant contact via text making sure everything was going well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bonus: Saw a brown bear through the window in the yard next to the metal moose—made our day!

My experience is similar to Alexandria Davison's review from two weeks ago. We arrived at our Windflower two-bedroom condo to find the front deck separated from the face of the building and occupied by scaffolding, building materials, and construction workers. While Alexandria was notified the day before she arrived, we were not notified at all....which is inexcusable given that Outpost had so recently encountered another justifiably upset customer. Our deck was unusable, the view of the mountains was obstructed, our privacy was invaded, the windows were inoperable due to safety issues, and the noise from the drilling and sawing was disruptive. I would never have chosen Outpost or this condo if I knew this would be my experience. Upon calling Outpost, they apologized for the inconvenience and said they should have notified us. They offered a full refund if I wanted to leave the property, but this wasn't realistic given we needed a place for four adults and two children under 4 on the week of Labor Day. Also disconcerting was that they weren't willing to provide details of compensation for the disruption until the end of our stay. We checked out of Windflower 2115 on Monday of this week. On Tuesday I received a text message from Outpost saying "we have refunded you $700 as a reflection of our sincerest apologies" and they were hopeful I would "accept this compensation as a gesture of good will." $700 is less than 1/3 of our rental fee. As of now (Saturday) I have not received a credit. Pics attached.

We stayed 5 nights at the Spring Creek Ranch in Jackson Hole. It's so hard to choose a place when you know nothing about the area but after lots of research and checking reviews this is where we decided to stay. Just let me say, we could not have been more pleased. The accomodations were wonderful and the views of the Tetons were amazing, we even had wildlife right by our porch every morning, and we watched a moose walk through the neighborhood while having coffee. What an experience. Mekki at The Outpost was the best! She responded promptly to all my questions and request. We highly recommend The Outpost for all your needs and we can not wait to come back to Jackson Hole!

A Perfect Escape in Jackson Hole – Unforgettable Experience! We can’t say enough good things about our stay at this incredible property in Jackson Hole. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking scenery, peaceful atmosphere, and thoughtful touches that made the place feel like a true home away from home. The location was ideal—tucked away in a quiet, private spot surrounded by towering pines and mountain views, yet still conveniently close to town and Grand Teton National Park. Waking up and sipping coffee on the deck as the sun rose over the Tetons was something we’ll never forget. Inside, the property was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family adventure, or just a quiet place to recharge, this property is everything you could want and more. Highly, highly recommended!

Checked in to Teewinot C1 - found the master bedroom with a smashed window that had been repaired poorly with just duct tape and a piece of cardboard (literally - see picture). There was no mention of this before arrival and no response when we emailed about it until day 3. Imagine paying $1200 a night to find out the master bedroom was unusable due to an open window in 10-20 F degree weather. Master bedroom guests ended up having to sleep on the couch. While walking around, a member of the party stepped on a glass shard that had been embedded in the rug. See the picture of the size of the shard pulled out of our foot. Spoiler alert - they didn't tell the cleaning crew about the broken window either. Ruined vacation over the greed and negligence of outpost to try to sweep a broken window under the rug. The window was repaired on day 4 of our 5 day stay. They offered a minimal concession (10%) for the loss of a bedroom during the stay. Highly do not recommend this greedy operation.

We booked a condo with Outpost for our recent trip to Jackson and were so pleased with the accommodations and service. While the condo was older, it was comfortable, well-appointed and very well maintained. An incredible location at the base of Snow King with a balcony facing the gondola. Their team responded promptly to questions with friendly and helpful information. It was also easy to schedule a mid-stay cleaning. Our family will certainly consider one of their properties for future trips.

We loved our wonderful condo for a week! Bathroom heater was malfunctioning and once we let the Outpost staff know, they sent 2 space heaters for us right away!! Grandview was located in town close to everything we needed and the Elk refuge! We saw a mule deer outside our condo. We stayed in Moose Wilson area last year but wanted to move in closer and have not regretted that decision!! Covered parking a plus! 5 star all the way!!!

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The property was well kept very modern had everything we needed including great views of the Grand Tetons. The property is centrally located to everything that you're going to want to do literally less than five minutes away from Jackson Hole Airport. Just a few minutes away from downtown Jackson Wyoming. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves while celebrating our anniversary and would highly recommend this property.
