We stay here everytime we fly in for our quick overnight and it’s always great. The people at the desk are always friendly and courteous! The fresh cookies are amazing! The rooms are quiet and you’re always greeted by a stuffed wolf on the bed! The room layout helps it be quiet for sleeping by having a separate bedroom space. By far the best feature you can’t find at most other hotels… the window opens so you can have fresh air at night! Love it!

Super thankful for the Rockwell! Not only did they squeeze us in two nights in a row due to a last minute issue with our previously booked hotel, they were also very friendly and accommodating. In my opinion the price is worth it! Location is great, easy walking to all the stores, restaurants and coffee shops! Would definitely stay there again. Extra points for the heated floors in the bathroom too!

This is my third time staying in this hotel and the reason I keep booking with them is excellent location in Jackson, WY, great complimentary breakfast, afternoon warm cookies, nice lobby and I never had any issues. The rooms are clean and I like to book the ones with a kitchen, so I can make my own food. They recently (last 2 years) renovated the rooms in the main building and they look great. They have free bicycles for rental. I will be back again. I would recommend to call the hotel directly and see if they can offer you a better deal than hotels.com and similar websites that currently don’t have a good rewards program.

Excellent stay at the Rockwell Inn. Family of three, we booked the two queen bed, kitchen suite room in the main building. We were not disappointed. Beds were comfortable and the extra living space worked perfectly for our group. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast with multiple options was available from 6am-9:30. The lobby had a coffee/tea/beverage station throughout the day and the 5pm hot cookies were a delight every time we caught them! The inn is perfect walking distance to the main square in one direction and the Elk Refuge/Visitor Center in the other. We did not rent a car but was able to access the Start Bus two blocks from the hotel to bring us out to Teton Village and the gondola. The Bus takes about 55 minutes and also stops at Albertson's if you need to grab any groceries for your stay. The town is also trialing a Start on Demand service in which you can book like an uber to drop you in areas downtown but we did not try it. The inn operates a shuttle sprinter van to the airport (10 minute drive) and they were so prompt when we arrived. Would absolutely stay here again!

The stay there was great. The workers were very nice and accommodating, especially when we had to extend our stay in Jackson Hole. The room was clean. It provided ample space for 4 females traveling together. We had plenty of room to spread out. Also, the location of the hotel was convenient to Jackson Square, planned activities, and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time on our ski trip to Jackson. The Rockwell was a great place to stay. The staff was fabulous, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location and the rooms are really clean and updated. Their shuttle service was very convenient to and from the mountain and airport. If you are coming to Jackson, this is the perfect place to stay.

Super friendly and helpful staff- available 24/7! I had to email the property a few specific questions before arrival and they were super responsive. Coffee and cookies in the lobby were a great touch. Loved having shuttles. Our room had a heated bathroom floor which was a super bonus!

Although the room was on the pricy side, everything in Jackson Hole is, so no surprise there, however the room was magnificent, very clean and lovely, and oh my gosh, the heated tile floor in the bathroom is amazing, (trying to figure out how I can do that at home, lol) The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect for walking to any shop/restaurant you desire. The shuttle to the airport was an extremely nice touch. When I get an opportunity to go back to Jackson Hole this will be my first choice for staying. We had an amazing trip from the time we landed until we left and having such a relaxing, beautiful room to head to at night was the icing on the cake!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Appreciated how new and renovated everything looked/smelled/felt. Love how in our room there was a separate area and door for the pull out couch bed area - made for a more comfortable stay to have separate spaces. Also love that there were bathrooms available in the hallways! Breakfast really not good though. Service was hit or miss depending on the front desk employee — some helpful and kind, some not so much. Overall would recommend for location, price, and cleanliness/ambience.

Great place to stay. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and they had a HEATED BATHROOM FLOOR! Not sure if all the rooms have them but man that was a pleasant surprise. Staff very friendly and breakfast buffet was very good. I would absolutely stay here again. Great job Rockwell.
