We had an amazing time on our ski trip to Jackson. The Rockwell was a great place to stay. The staff was fabulous, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location and the rooms are really clean and updated. Their shuttle service was very convenient to and from the mountain and airport. If you are coming to Jackson, this is the perfect place to stay.

Super friendly and helpful staff- available 24/7! I had to email the property a few specific questions before arrival and they were super responsive. Coffee and cookies in the lobby were a great touch. Loved having shuttles. Our room had a heated bathroom floor which was a super bonus!

Although the room was on the pricy side, everything in Jackson Hole is, so no surprise there, however the room was magnificent, very clean and lovely, and oh my gosh, the heated tile floor in the bathroom is amazing, (trying to figure out how I can do that at home, lol) The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect for walking to any shop/restaurant you desire. The shuttle to the airport was an extremely nice touch. When I get an opportunity to go back to Jackson Hole this will be my first choice for staying. We had an amazing trip from the time we landed until we left and having such a relaxing, beautiful room to head to at night was the icing on the cake!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Appreciated how new and renovated everything looked/smelled/felt. Love how in our room there was a separate area and door for the pull out couch bed area - made for a more comfortable stay to have separate spaces. Also love that there were bathrooms available in the hallways! Breakfast really not good though. Service was hit or miss depending on the front desk employee — some helpful and kind, some not so much. Overall would recommend for location, price, and cleanliness/ambience.

Great place to stay. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and they had a HEATED BATHROOM FLOOR! Not sure if all the rooms have them but man that was a pleasant surprise. Staff very friendly and breakfast buffet was very good. I would absolutely stay here again. Great job Rockwell.

The Rockwell Inn was everything we could ask for! The airport shuttle and ski shuttle were complimentary, convenient, and efficient. The breakfast was nice and had great hours. We unfortunately had to shorten our stay by one day and they were super accommodating and worked with Booking.com to refund us. The location was great for restaurants and the ski bus. Highly recommend!

We recently had a wonderful stay at the Rockwell Inn. This was our first time in Jackson and it won't be our last, especially with the service at his hotel. Rooms were clean, amenities were great, breakfast was fantastic and it's all within walking distance to the town square. My only critique is the hot tub smells like cauliflower when the jets are turned on.

From check-in to check-out the staff was friendly and helpful in this well kept and conveniently located hotel. The guest laundry was clean and easy to use. Although there is room to relax and wait in this room a comfy and inviting outdoor area made the wait relaxing and enjoyable. Free breakfast was varied and tasty along with cookies and beverages which were available in the lobby. The heated floors in the bathroom were wonderful but a shelf for soap, etc. was needed. The rooms were clean, quiet and very comfortable.

Our room was $2086 for 4 nights. Going in, visitors need to realize the hotel is priced higher due to the location. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay at the Inn for several reasons. We appreciated the friendly staff members both the front desk & the kitchen staff. The breakfast served at the Inn is out of this world! We also liked the lemonade and cookies after an exhausting day on the trail. Yes, the rooms are a bit older, but we liked our comfy bed and the size of the room. The Inn is located in a very walkable area of Jackson, with plenty of restaurants and shopping available.

This hotel is centrally located. Many amenities within walking distance. The room was QUIET, and the beds were COMFY! They have a complimentary breakfast that was really good. My brother and I enjoyed it. They do NOT have an elevator, but Jessa checked us in and knew my brother and I were both handicapped and he's 65 and I'm 74 so stairs are not our strong suit. (There are rooms on the first floor, but ours was a last minute reservation. I recommend this hotel strongly, the staff are all friendly. Such a pleasant visit! Thank you, Rockwell Inn.
