Dawn was amazing. We loved the Cabins! The Historic nature and setting had breathtaking views of the park. This is a must visit if you want a quiet romantic escape for couples or a family
We had a last minute stay with Anne Kent Cabins and we felt so lucky to have landed in The Castle for the night. We had a hitch in our plans, and I was able to call and she accommodated our family of 5 in the 4 person house. The Castle is a more modern house, vs the other cabins she owns, with a beautifully decorated and updated interior. There's a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, a queen bedroom, 2 twins in the loft, and a large curving couch. Located in Kelly, it's a little off the beaten path- about 20 minutes from Jackson, but it still has cell service and fully paved roads. I really enjoyed bird watching in the surrounding fields and the view of the Tetons from the front yard is stunning.
This is my favorite place to stay when I come to Jackson Hole!!! We stayed in the little cabin as you enter Kelly, Wy. The breathtaking views of the full Tetons is something you cannot miss. The owners/hosts are the most welcoming & wonderful people, & it enhanced our stay. The cabins were clean, beds were handmade, & did I mention the views!!!! ?? We sat on the front porch & took in the mammoth mountains as we watched for wildlife. I highly recommend if you’re coming to Jackson Hole to reserve one of the Anne Kent Cabins! It is an experience I will never forget! And we cannot wait to come back!
Best views of Grand Tetons around! Owners were very friendly and wonderful hosts. We rented the two small cabins. They were clean and exactly as described. The ground squirrel and magpie neighbors were an unexpected treat! We enjoyed mornings with the squirrel coming to sit by the porch and observe us as much as we observed her. The cabins are rustic but clean. The front cabin with the kitchen had a queen bed and plenty of outlets to recharge our electronics and phones. The back cabin with the bathroom had a single bed and bunk beds. The bottom bunk bed was big enough to sleep two and then a single on top. The shower had awesome water pressure and two shower heads front and behind to fully soak you. We have AT&T cell service and had decent service but there is also wifi. The cabins were perfect for our group of 4 and our 4 nights here. We did not want to be in touristy hotels or resorts and love patronizing local businesses when we can. Jackson only about 15 minutes away if you need something from town. The log furniture is made by the owners and added to the rustic feel and ambiance. No tv but we didn't miss it and needed to unplug. Who needs tv with that VIEW!? The road was a bit busy during the day but quiet at night. We had a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed our stay here. Would stay at these cabins again in a heartbeat!
We were fortunate to find this place at the very last minute on a trip through Jackson in August when every hotel room in the city was booked up. The Owners were great and the cabins have been in their family for many, many decades so they take great pride in them. The morning views overlooking the Tetons are spectacular and you're only a short distance from the famous T.A. Moulton Barn, one of the most photographed barns in the U.S. You can quickly swing by for some photos on your way into Grand Teton National Park. The Cabins were rustic, clean, and very affordable for the amount of people they sleep.
Comfortable and cozy cabins with spectacular views of the Tetons. It had all the amenities - full kitchen with dishes and cookware, hand made beds, full size washer and dryer (with soap), and even has WiFi! I discovered the wifi on the day we left... Overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay near Jackson, WY and not wanting to be in the thick of of all the hustle and bustle in town.
The cabins had, almost certainly, the best view of anywhere I have ever stayed. Really. In addition, the cabins were well equipped, clean, and very cute. Ron the host was a fascinating man. Wished we could have stayed for more of his well-storied life history... We are plotting our return.
