(UPDATED REVIEW) Hotel management made things right with us. I am updating the review from 1 to 4 stars based off their customer service. The bathroom was filthy and clearly neglected, with visible mold, water damage, rotting trim, and crumbling caulking around the tub and baseboards (see photos). Maybe we got the one room that had this issue as other pictures online look decent. Parking was another disaster. The tiny lot was full. Make sure to call the front desk to ask where additional parking is if you arrive and the lot is full. We parked across the street only to receive a parking ticket from the Town of Jackson the next morning. - Suggestion for management. When sending the booking confirmation email with the room number and door code include additional parking instructions if the lot is full. This would have been extremely helpful if we had this information ahead of time.

This was a great place to stay in Jackson on a budget. Very good location just walking distance from the square. Parking was easily available. Was clean, comfortable, and functional if not fancy!

Great location! Easy check in. Clean and well equipped room. Our had a fireplace but we weren’t able to turn it on. May have been operator error. The only downfall is the walls seem pretty thin. We could hear others in their rooms even just walking around. Fantastic price.

The walls are paper thin! Apparently on an unbusy weekend, the hotel booked the few guests in rooms next to each other instead of every other room. At 11 pm, I could hear every word and conversation next door. At 5 am, people were so loud and no one is at the front desk to communicate with! Perhaps quiet hours like a regular hotel. Definitely needs updates. The room was cold when I arrived, the heat worked but it would have been nice to have it on when I arrived. Shower had low to no flow…The floor is wood so it’s even colder. Price is right… but

I booked a family room for the extra space and definitely appreciate the additional room. The bed was great, good pillows and blankets. The space itself was relatively clean, you can definitely see they renovated the space but some renovations weren't completed cleanly. They definitely didn't make sure it was sound proof because I could hear our neighbor's conversation and the walking/luggage rolling of our upstairs neighbor. The jet tub looked clean until you used it, it had lots of black gunk which was gross.

The location was perfectly fine, within walking distance to downtown. That is the extent of my positive review. The room had a beeping noise ALL NIGHT - we looked and looked and could not find where the noise was coming from. Finally, my husband found that it was coming from inside of the gas fireplace. We did not want to try and make it stop (to get charged for something that may have been broken - which is why it may have been beeping). We slept very little all night. We had to leave the TV on all night with a high volume to mask the sound of the beeping. The beeping came every 4 seconds (that is not an exaggeration - trust me, it was so bad we were actually counting the seconds between beeps). When we reported it the next morning the gentleman in the office, he said "it was probably the batteries in the remote". Of course, that was the first thing we checked. Then he said it was probably something inside of the fireplace. If they know this is a problem, why aren't they checking for things like this before renting the room? I have followed up with Miller Park Lodge to find if there has been anything discussed for our inconvenience. The person who answered had no idea what I was talking about. He said he had been off the last couple of days. The original gentleman we spoke with, of course wasn't in - he is off for the next few days. I asked to speak with a manager; guess what, the manager is out and the guy isn't sure when the manager will be back. Very convenient excuses for not taking care of business. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! We had the pleasure of staying at two other local hotels in Jackson that were MUCH MUCH better options.

Was definitely misrepresented in photos. The room had a horrible musty, almost sewer gas smell the entire time. We had to go buy air freshener just to be able to stand it. Bathroom door would not shut completely, and there were tiny bugs embedded in the paint in the ceiling of the bathroom. The tub surround was not sealed properly, and there was mold growing next to the tub. Definitely needs some updating and better cleaning. The floors were filthy. My white socks were ruined within two minutes of stepping in there and taking my shoes off. The parking lot is very dark at night and needs some lighting. Lots of tripping hazards, coming back from downtown in the dark.

The Miller Park Lodge is just a great place to stay. Fridge inside the room and ice machine outside are great for keeping your drinks cool. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed. You check in online and get a code to open your room's door. 8 minutes walk from the recommended Million Dollar Cowboy Bar and downtown Jackson with all it's stores, bars and restaurants.

We had a great stay here for a long ski weekend. Rooms had everything we needed, were very clean, and a great price. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Great location, just blocks from downtown so we could just walk wherever we wanted to go. The hotel is right next to a bus pickup for various locations as well. Room was clean, bed comfortable.
